Jim Ellis Chevrolet Recieved a Note From a Customer This Morning

Mr. Ellis,
I hope that you are doing well. My name is Cedrick and I would like to give you feedback on my recent visit to Jim Ellis Chevy on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. I have a 2008 Impala SS that I just love. Recently, I have been experiencing electrical issues with the vehicle and since I live Downtown Atlanta, I used another Chevy dealer for my service needs. I have had negative experiences at the other dealer and my service issues were not resolved, even on several visits. I looked up other service options for my vehicle, and thought that I would give Jim Ellis Chevy a try.
Reluctantly, I made the journey from Downtown yesterday (9/22/10) to your dealership and as I drove up, I was reminded of the negative experiences at that other dealer. As I reached the Service Driveway, a very pleasant lady named Jessica Walter approached my vehicle with a warm and genuine smile that made me forget about those other guys. She attentively listened to my concerns and requests and assured me that I would be taken care of. She escorted me to her desk and recorded my contact information then escorted me to the customer lounge and offered me coffee or bottled water. I was in total shock. She was not only professional, but the lounge was inviting, clean and spacious.
Ms. Walter checked on me several times during my wait and offered a shuttle ride to the mall or to any destination that I needed. I observed that she treated each other clients the same way, with care and concern. I fell in love with Jim Ellis Chevy as soon as I took my seat to wait on my vehicle. Ms. Walter explained in detail what was not working correctly with my vehicle and explained warranty coverage and other options. She made me feel like a friend, not just a number.
I work in Hospitality and Property Management and know how to give exceptional service, but it sure felt great to receive some! I was and am so impressed with the dealership that I asked for a tag frame to place on my vehicle to advertise, even knowing that I did not purchase my vehicle from your dealership. I will tell all of my Facebook and social friends about the wonderful service at Jim Ellis Chevy and to ask for Ms. Walter by name if their GM products need service. I hope to trade soon and get a GMC or Buick product and hope that your Sales staff is as pleasant to work with as Ms. Walter.
