At the L.A. Auto Show last year. Saab unveiled the gorgeous Saab 9-4X crossover and now it's finally making it into North American showrooms after being awarded Top Safety Pick by Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).The first 9-4X was purchased this month in Cleveland, Ohio by an owner who was sold just by sitting in the vehicle. "Before even driving it off the lot, I put my butt into the seat, looked around and bought it on the spot," said Martin Reuben, the Ohio resident who was the first buyer. "So far everything I've discovered on this car is pure Saab - purposeful and well designed."
Some of the features include start/stop button, adaptable cargo storage, passive entry and exit, powered tailgate, tri-zone air conditioning, and rear seat entertainment packages. The new 9-4X also comes with satellite-navigation, 8-inch touch-screen display, Bose surround sound, and a wealth of other tech lovers options.
The 9-4X crossover offers an optional DriveSense adaptive chassis, with real-time damping control, and Saab XWD, all wheel-drive with an electronically controlled rear limited-slip differential. Starting at $34,205 for front-wheel-drive and $48,835 for the 9-4X Aero XWD model, this vehicle is a dream come true for Saab fans who have been looking for an economical crossover. We can't wait to get it at Atlanta Saab dealerships to test drive it ourselves!
