For the first time, Jim Ellis Chevrolet has been awarded the Dealer Of The Year by the Global Headquarters of General Motors. The honor is reserved for the top 2% of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers in the Southeastern region which puts Jim Ellis Chevy in the top 10 Chevrolet dealers in the Southeast. The presentation of this sought after award will take place in Detroit, Michigan in early May.

In order to qualify for this prestigious award, the dealership must be a top performer in both sales and service purchases of GM and AC Delco Parts. they must also show a commitment to satisfying customers by participating in Standards Of Excellence and also maintaining compliance with the Essential Brand Elements program.

Along with this accomplishment, Jim Ellis Chevrolet had also attained the Mark of Excellence Award for 2011, while Jim Ellis Buick Atlanta and Jim Ellis GMC Atlanta achieved the Mark of Excellence for 2011, as well as Jim Ellis Buick Mall of Georgia which acquired the Mark of Excellence for 2011.
