Right now, AutoTrader and Atlanta area Chevrolet dealerships are teaming up with the Atlanta Braves for the "Drive Away Hunger" Food Drive.

Jim Ellis Wheego teams up with UGA Athletics

In the coming weeks, be sure you're following UGA Athletics and Jimmy Ellis on Twitter for the chance to win tickets to this year's football games!

Rooting on the Dawgs you will also see a new visitor on the field: the Wheego!

This tiny all-electric vehicle, is covered in a wrap designed in a collaborative effort by Jim Ellis in-house graphic designer, Vee Vee Cantrell and the guys at In-Depth Car Wrap.


Jim Ellis Porsche has partnered with the Dunwoody Police Explorers to raise money for the over 22,000 Special Olympics athletes in Georgia. 

Together, they are presenting the First Annual Special Olympics Car Show on Saturday, August 14, from 9 AM - 3 PM.
Spaces are running out for those wishing to compete in the 10th annual Jim Ellis Charity Golf  Tournament! 

The entry deadline is Monday, August 16th.  The tournament itself will be held at Chateau Élan on Sunday, August 29, 2010. 

VW Marietta's Grand Opening a Smashing Success!

When asked about the grand opening that was held in the newly remodeled and rebuilt Marietta store on June 10th, Mr. Fantacone said "The event was successful in many ways, but the best comment I heard was from Don Hughes, (beside me in photo) when he told me that this was one of the finest Grand Openings he has ever attended, and that what made it so unique was the great mix of customers, Jim Ellis associates, and manufacturer personnel.  An excellent dynamic when all levels of the auto business meet."
We're proud to be sponsoring the Air Show and car show at Dekalb Peachtree airport on June 5th.  In addition to offering food and refreshments to benefit Angel Flight in our Hospitality tent, we will also have Jim Ellis's hottest cars on site for you to check out!  
 The Roswell Relay for Life kicks off this afternoon, and I'm proud to say that the Jim Ellis Automotive group is a silver-level sponsor of this event. 


Tomorrow morning, runners, walkers and joggers will meet in Brookhaven at Ashford Park Elementary to run the Brookhaven Bolt 5K

Not to mention those 82 players at Murphey Candler Little League have games Friday and Saturday!
Rodney Woods, General Manager of Jim Ellis Volkswagen Atlanta has been partnering with Q100 and the Bert Show for a long time. "I am really proud that we can give back to the community during these tough times," says Woods?.
