The 2012 Mitsubishi-i Is Bound For U.S.A.

Great news from across the pond as the first 2012 Mitsubishi i rolls off of the line and bound for the United States and are set to arrive in November in Hawaii, California, Washington and Oregon, but no word on when we'll see it in the Southeast.

Saab 9-4X Crossover Comes to the United States

 At the L.A. Auto Show last year. Saab unveiled the gorgeous Saab 9-4X crossover and now it's finally making it into North American showrooms after being awarded Top Safety Pick by Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
 Many dealerships have goals they want to attain, but the one set by Mitsubishi is to put themselves ahead of the pack in the EV market.  By 2013, Mitsubishi will have a total of eight different electric and hybrid vehicles available, but only half of which will ever make it to the U.S. and to dealerships like Jim Ellis Mitsubishi in Marietta

Chevrolet Sonic Revealed For U.S. Buyers


Chevrolet released its 2012 Chevrolet Sonic photos and specs to the American public that will put Chevy back in the running for the sub-compact car genre. The 1.4L turbo engine rated at 138 horsepower is 18HP more than the Ford Fiesta offers.  It's the same engine as was used in the Chevrolet Cruze, but smaller and lighter.

VW Beetle Demographic Is About Change. Or Is It?

 It appears that we've been doing a lot of talking about VW in general over the last month and maybe rightfully so with all of the changes coming down the way.  Specifically, the 2012 Volkswagen Beetle and it's drastic changes that it has in store for Beetle fans and how it's about to change the demographic that has followed it for years. 
VW announced the pricing for the 2012 Beetle yesterday and for a vehicle that brags to attain 40mpg, it's worth a look. The new Beetle will start at $19,765 for a 170hp, 2.5 5 cylinder version and a TSI turbo version coming in at $24,765.
Mitsubishi's all electric car, the Mitsubishi-i (aka the Mitsubishi i-Miev which stands for Mitsubishi Innovative Electric Car) is set to hit Atlanta Mitsubishi dealerships in Fall 2011. Now Mitsubishi is announcing pricing and plans for their all-electric offering, the 2012 Mitsubishi-i ES and SE models.
