We are truly excited to recognize Ruth Jones as the December 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Ruth is a receptionist at Volkswagen of Chamblee. Ruth was nominated by General Manager Robby Boleman.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.

Ruth has been a top-notch receptionist since she started at Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Chamblee in 2021. Her punctuality, kind attitude and keen attention to detail resonates with each of our team members. She goes above and beyond by ensuring that every person who calls the store is connected with the appropriate team member for their specific need. Ruth is adored by many at the dealership and we are incredibly lucky to have her on our team.
