We are truly excited to recognize Mallory Roberts as the June 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Mallory Roberts is a sales associate for Toyota of McDonough. Mallory was nominated by Sales BDC Manager Lacy Rubin.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Mallory was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Within the last month, a Floridian client was eagerly seeking the opportunity to purchase a truck from us leveraging the Express Way process. He called in looking for the perfect truck for his business and was paired with Mallory. The client shared his frustration and concern about potentially losing the deal based on his location, as he recently lost a similar opportunity in his own area. After listening to the client’s plea for assistance, Mallory made it her mission to ensure that this experience was much better than his last.
Understanding this would be a virtual deal, Mallory utilized the Express Way process. She worked quickly to get a same-day virtual contract delivered to her manager so that the delivery could be set up as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time was at 7:30 a.m. the next day, so she stayed late the night before in order to guarantee a smooth and relaxed delivery process for her client. She even went above and beyond by showing up early the next morning to make sure the driver had everything he needed for the long ride to Florida. Mallory’s unwavering dedication to achieving her mission is what allowed for a seamless transaction that put her client in his new truck in only two days.
