We are truly excited to recognize Ali Salcedo as the November 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Ali is an onboarding trainer at Jim Ellis University. Ali was nominated by Corporate Onboarding Training Manager Kelley Koch.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Ali was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
During a recent orientation class, Ali noticed that a new team member was struggling to keep up with the course due to his lack of proficiency in the English language. Instead of merely observing the situation, Ali took it upon herself to help him out. She offered her assistance by speaking his most comfortable language, German, almost fluently. This was a skill that nobody knew she had! The new team member was able to fully complete orientation without skipping a beat. Ali’s instinct to be kind and helpful gave our new team member a much more positive experience and set him up for the success he deserves in his new job. She not only teaches our team members about the Jim Ellis Promise and core values, but she carries them out for all to witness.
