We are truly excited to recognize Victoria Steinetz as the October 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Victoria is a service advisor at Toyota of McDonough. Victoria was nominated by General Manager Ryan McIntyre and Service Manager Jimmy Hernandez.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Victoria was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
While traveling through Atlanta, a client noticed the traction battery light pop up on the interface of his Prius. He immediately pulled over and had the vehicle towed to the nearest dealership, Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough, fearing the worst. Once the client arrived at the dealership, Victoria Steinetz assisted him in quickly finding a solution. She immediately conducted a deep search into Toyota’s service bulletins and found one that would resolve the issue and also be covered under a factory warranty. The client was far from home and worried that wherever he ended up would take advantage of his situation. Victoria went above and beyond by not only finding a way to get the client back on the road as soon as possible but also doing it without costing him a fortune. Victoria’s dedication to offering the best service to her clients is one of the many reasons why our team is thankful to have her.
