We are truly excited to recognize Jessica Atkins as the September 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Jessica is a sales and leasing consultant at Volkswagen of Atlanta. Jessica was nominated by Sales Manager Mike Martucci.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Jessica was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Jessica assisted a client moving from Virginia to Atlanta who had his heart set on a 2023 Volkswagen Golf GTI 40th Anniversary Edition vehicle. The client recently graduated and moved to Atlanta for a job opportunity, with no family or friends in the area. Upon selling the car, Jessica took it upon herself to go shopping and buy a few basic essentials for the client she had just met. She returned with loads of items including a laundry basket, dish soap, cleaning supplies and a home tool kit. Knowing that all this client had was his apartment, a new job and a 40th Anniversary Golf GTI, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of in the most humane sense. Jessica’s kind heart and effortlessly considerate attitude is what makes her such a strong asset to the Jim Ellis family.
