We are truly excited to recognize Tyler Gatlin as the December 2024 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Tyler is a service advisor at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Tyler was nominated by Service Manager Rose Shuck, who highlighted his exceptional work ethic and dedication to customer service.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Tyler was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
On Nov. 6, Tyler went above and beyond by arriving before his scheduled shift to assist a customer without an assigned advisor. He greeted her with a warm welcome and ensured she received the premium Volvo experience. Tyler's attentiveness and courtesy left a lasting impression on the client. At the vehicle pickup, she expressed her gratitude, stating it was one of the best customer service experiences she’s ever had. She was so impressed that she drove all the way from Macon for her service and plans to continue doing so in the future.
Tyler’s actions showcase the values we uphold at Jim Ellis Automotive, and his devotion to providing exceptional service inspires us all. His desire to go the extra mile demonstrates the true spirit of the Client Champion program.
