Jim Ellis Automotive Group is overjoyed to share some news with our loyal customers and community. Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South is proud to continue serving drivers in South Fulton, Union City and surrounding areas from their new location at 3800 Royal South Parkway in Union City!

The new facility offers an upgraded experience to clients, while still delivering the high level of customer service guests have come to know and love from Jim Ellis Automotive Group dealerships. The new location is almost directly across the street from the previous dealership’s location. All sales and service activities are operational in the new facility.
Here are some features of the new Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South Brand Center:

14-vehicle showroom that includes a state-of-the-art complete digital Mercedes-Benz emersion experience - Staffed Mercedes-Benz Café with coffee and espresso service
- Covered open-air three-lane service reception drive
- Multi-function outdoor terrace customer lounge
- Two indoor vehicle delivery bays
- A service area that includes 39 vehicle service bays
- Three detail bays and one drive-thru automatic car wash
- AMG Performance Center — the second of its kind in the country
- Onsite training facilities, including a university-style training facility on the second floor of the dealership and a training bay in the service area
In addition to all the building amenities, there are additional services that clients can look forward to at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South. The dealership plans to add airport parking and shuttle service for clients by the end of 2024. For service clients, there will soon be the option to take advantage of mobile service for scheduled maintenance items that can take place in a driveway or at an office to avoid having to step foot in the Brand Center. However, be prepared that you may decide you love the amenities of our new Brand Center so much, that you prefer to visit us in person instead!
Future plans also include digital touchscreens in the Brand Center that will allow for a Mercedes-Benz emersion experience. Clients can view in-depth explanations on vehicle specs and features, as well as explore various vehicle customization options. Stay tuned for these additions and more!
For clients located in Coweta, Fayette, and surrounding counties, construction is underway for a new Mercedes-Benz Service Center located at 152 Doc Turner Way in Newnan. Scheduled to open in early 2025, the new service center will serve as a conveniently located extension of Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South. Like the main dealership, clients visiting the new service center will receive the same quality service and benefits, including complimentary shuttle service to and from local retail and restaurant establishments.
