We are truly excited to recognize Russell Megenity as the July 2024 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Russell is a sales porter at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Russell was nominated by Sales Manager Tommy Walter.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Russell was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Russell noticed a gentleman with a flat tire in front of the dealership and immediately jumped into action to assist him. He went back into the shop to ask for help from the shop foreman, who brought a car jack to take the tire off. Once the tire was removed, Russell took it upon himself to drive the gentleman down to the tire shop and wait with him while the technician put a new tire back on his wheel. As soon as the service was completed, Russell drove him back to the dealership and helped install the wheel back onto the gentleman’s Toyota. Russell’s eagerness to be of assistance to someone in need is only one of the many reasons he is adored by many on our team.
