We are truly excited to recognize Mickey Patterson as the November 2024 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Mickey is a training coordinator at Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Kennesaw. Mickey was nominated by General Manager Mike Martucci, who spoke highly of her unwavering commitment and dedication.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why she was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Mickey brings an array of wonderful attributes to our team every day, always with a welcoming smile and a positive attitude. Her warm presence and enthusiasm have made a lasting impact on our organization. In addition to her training duties with Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw, Mickey also coordinates the process to collect nominations and facilitate selection of the monthly Jim Ellis Client Champion. Without her commitment to this program, the above-and-beyond efforts of Jim Ellis employees might go unrecognized. Mike shared, “The Client Champion award was a program that Jimmy held close to his heart and we are committed to keeping it going. What better way to honor Jimmy’s legacy than to nominate the person who has helped to be a part of this program for so many years now. Thank you, Mickey!”
Mickey’s devotion to the Client Champion program has helped shape it into what it is today. Her commitment truly embodies the Jim Ellis spirit and her contributions continue to inspire our team and uphold the values that define our company.
Additionally, Brooke Gatlin, vice president of Jim Ellis Automotive Group, left a few words for Mickey. Brooke states, "There are many wonderful words and characteristics to describe Mickey Patterson. She is fiercely loyal, genuine and dedicated. Mickey’s direct contributions to the company, including the Client Champion program, have been especially admirable, and I am certain the program wouldn’t be what it is today without her. It is with a most sincere and proud heart to award our very own, Mickey Patterson, as our monthly Client Champion and daily Client Champion warrior."
