We are truly excited to recognize Jackson Malicay as the October 2024 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Jackson is a sales porter at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Jackson was nominated by General Manager Michael McGregor.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Jackson was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
A client called the dealership in a panic thinking their loaner vehicle was stolen from the airport over the weekend. After working a full day, Jackson volunteered to drive to the airport in hopes of locating the vehicle for the customer. He arrived at the airport and spent time scouring through the parking lot for the loaner vehicle until he finally found it! It turned out that the customer had simply forgotten where they parked, so Jackson was instrumental in helping his team avoid a stolen vehicle issue. We feel so lucky to have someone as determined and compassionate as Jackson at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter.
