We are proud to recognize Oscar Leguizamo as the August 2025 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Oscar is the Lead Service Advisor at Audi Atlanta, and he was nominated for this award in recognition of his dedication, integrity, and commitment to ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care — even when it means going above and beyond after normal hours.

Since 2014, the Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly to a team member who exemplifies what it means to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise. With more than 1,700 team members across the organization, being selected as a Client Champion is a true testament to an individual’s character, compassion, and dedication to service.

Here’s the story that led to Oscar’s nomination:

After completing his shift on a Friday evening, Oscar offered to personally deliver a longtime client’s vehicle back to their home — located 30 minutes away from the dealership. While driving, he noticed the steering wheel was off-center. Instead of dismissing the issue, Oscar turned the car around and brought it back to the shop. He quickly arranged for a technician to perform an alignment, then patiently stayed after hours while the work was completed. Once he was confident the vehicle was safe and performing at its best, Oscar drove it to the client for delivery — all on his own time.

Oscar’s actions reflect the very heart of the Jim Ellis Promise. By prioritizing the client’s safety and experience above his own convenience, he demonstrated the true meaning of service. His choice to go out of his way, without hesitation, underscores his professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to doing what is right for the customer.
