We are proud to recognize Jeremy Phillips as the December 2025 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Jeremy is a Sales Representative at Porsche Atlanta Northeast, and he was nominated for this award in recognition of his quick thinking in helping a person in need.
Since 2014, the Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly to a team member who exemplifies what it means to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise. With more than 1,700 team members across the organization, being selected as a Client Champion is a true testament to an individual’s character, compassion, and dedication to service.
Here’s the story that led to Jeremy’s nomination:
When an individual was driving down Highway 20 in Buford, their vehicle experienced a mechanical failure in the road out in front of our dealership. This caused the vehicle to die in the middle of the road during peak rush hour. Jeremy happened to notice the traffic build up in the road, and then the stranded vehicle along with its anxious owner. The driver was unsure of what to do in this situation, so Jeremy jumped into action. Jeremy, along with his team member Mark, both ran over to the car and assisted by pushing the vehicle to safety in the Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia campus lot. To further assist the driver, Jeremy then called a tow truck to come and help the driver get their vehicle delivered to their desired location to have it looked at.
