
We are truly excited to recognize Taha Eljaam as the February 2025 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Taha is a sales associate at Jim Ellis Genesis. He was nominated by Frank Dickenson, who praised his exceptional dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Taha was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Recently, a customer was experiencing difficulties with her Genesis Connected Services. Although she was not Taha’s customer, he stepped in without hesitation to assist her. Taha went to the client’s home and spent valuable time ensuring that the client’s connected services were fully functional. Not only did he resolve her issue, but he also took the time to conduct a full re-delivery of her Genesis, walking her through every feature to ensure she was completely comfortable with her vehicle.
What makes Taha’s actions even more remarkable is that he willingly stepped away from the sales floor, potentially sacrificing his own sales opportunities, to prioritize the customer’s needs. His selflessness and commitment to service represent what it means to uphold the Jim Ellis motto: Expect the Best.
Taha’s determination to providing outstanding customer service is truly inspiring, and his actions reflect the highest standards of excellence, which Jim Ellis values.
