
We are truly excited to recognize Mackenzie Florence as the January 2025 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Mackenzie is a Sales Associate at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. She was nominated by Service Manager Sam Stewart and New Car Sales Manager Katherine Nunn, who praised her outstanding dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Mackenzie was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Recently, Mackenzie drove a customer's lease return to the Ford store in Sandy Springs to assist with the lease turn-in process after selling the customer a new Kia. She stayed with her client, throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mackenzie then spent more than an hour conducting a new vehicle orientation, patiently explaining every feature and button of the car to make sure the client felt confident and comfortable with the technology.
Her exceptional attention to detail didn't stop there — she double-checked the lease return for any forgotten belongings and found a garage door opener and phone charger, which were important to the client. Mackenzie later took an Uber back to the Kia store in Kennesaw to complete her day, demonstrating her commitment to customer satisfaction and her positive energetic attitude.
The client took the time to return to the store to share her appreciation, stating, "The fact she made me feel so comfortable with technology was amazing." Mackenzie's actions truly showcase the Jim Ellis Promise, and her readiness to go the extra mile reflects the highest standards of service.
