
We are truly excited to recognize Justin Talentino as the April 2026 Jim Ellis Client Champion. Justin is a technician at Mercedes-Benz. Justin was nominated by Newnan Service Manager Kenneth Gruschow.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Justin was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
During his lunch break, Justin noticed a stranded motorist on the side of the road who had run out of fuel. Although he was off the clock, he immediately took action. Justin retrieved a fuel canister, drove to a nearby gas station to fill it, and returned to assist the driver, ensuring they could safely continue on their way.
This was not a client or someone that was driving a Mercedes-Benz, they were simply someone in need. Without hesitation, Justin stepped in to help, demonstrating a genuine commitment to caring for others beyond the expectations of his role.
This act, observed by the shop foreman, reflects the values upheld by Jim Ellis Automotive Group. Justin’s willingness to go out of his way during his personal time highlights his integrity, compassion and dedication to doing the right thing.
Justin consistently demonstrates that his commitment to service extends beyond the service center. His actions show that delivering an exceptional experience isn’t limited to customers — it’s about supporting the community whenever the opportunity arises.
