
We are truly excited to recognize Chris Epps as the January 2026 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Chris is a service advisor at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Chris was nominated by General Manager Jamie Warren.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Chris was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
A customer was hesitant to visit the service department when some warranty work was needed on his vehicle, but from the moment the customer arrived, Chris set the tone for a positive experience. He greeted the customer with a warm smile and positive attitude, quickly putting him at ease. Chris handled the visit with care and professionalism, treating the customer as if they had worked together for years.
By the end of the visit, the customer felt confident returning to Jim Ellis Chevrolet and looked forward to working with Chris again for future service needs. Unaware of the customer’s hesitation, Chris simply delivered the level of service he provides every day.
