
We are truly excited to recognize Erin Clark as the February 2026 Jim Ellis Client Champion. Erin is a sales associate at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Erin was nominated by the sales management team.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Erin was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
A client located more than 600 miles away found their dream vehicle online at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Unsure about how a long-distance purchase would work — including wiring funds, handling out-of-state titling and arranging transportation — the client had many questions. Erin provided clear communication at every step, coordinated vehicle preparation and delivery, and ensured the entire transaction was smooth and surprisingly simple. Even after the vehicle arrived, she continued to follow up, proactively assisting with temporary registration to prevent any lapse. The client described the experience as reassuring, diligent and vastly better than previous dealership experiences.
In another instance, Erin worked with a growing family preparing to welcome a baby. Understanding that safety and comfort were top priorities, she took the time to walk through features, answer every question and ensure the clients felt confident in their decision. They shared that they never felt rushed or pressured — only supported and genuinely cared for throughout the process.
From personally delivering owed items to a client’s home to maintaining attentive post-sale communication, Erin demonstrates that her commitment does not end when the paperwork is signed. She simply delivers the same level of service every day, consistently going above and beyond to create a memorable and seamless experience for every client she serves. Whether assisting a local family or coordinating a purchase from hundreds of miles away, she approaches every interaction with professionalism, patience and genuine care.
