We are truly excited to recognize Kyle Richardson as the March 2026 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Kyle is a service valet at Porsche Atlanta Northeast. He was nominated by General Manager Matt Kanfer.
 

The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,700 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
 

Earlier this year, a driver experienced car trouble while driving on Buford Highway, rolling to a stop in front of Porsche Atlanta Northeast, dangerously close to a major intersection. Kyle noticed the situation from inside the dealership and immediately sprang into action. He first ensured the driver was safe, then helped direct traffic and prevent a potential hazard until police could arrive to manage the busy roadway.
 

As Kyle assessed the situation, he discovered the vehicle had run out of gas. Without hesitation, he enlisted the help of fellow team members to stay with the driver while he ran back to the dealership, retrieved a gas can, filled it, and returned to the car. He carefully poured the gas into the vehicle, but the car still would not start. Demonstrating persistence and teamwork, Kyle and the team used a jump box to get the vehicle running again safely.
 

Throughout the incident, Kyle remained calm, proactive, and focused on the driver’s well-being, ensuring she was safe and that traffic could continue to flow smoothly. The driver was able to continue on her way without further issue, thanks to Kyle’s quick thinking, resourcefulness, and compassion.
 

Kyle’s actions go far beyond his daily responsibilities, showing true heart and dedication to helping others in need. His courage, initiative, and commitment to safety exemplify the qualities that make a Jim Ellis Client Champion.
