We are proud to recognize Jason Cobos as the October 2026 Jim Ellis Client Champion. Jason is a Mobility Coordinator at Audi Marietta and was nominated by Dave Campbell for going above and beyond to take care of a client who was unable to visit the dealership during regular business hours.
The Client Champion Award recognizes Jim Ellis team members who go above and beyond in demonstrating the Jim Ellis Promise through exceptional service, leadership and care for others. Jason’s actions are a great example of that commitment.
Here is the story behind why Jason was nominated as this month's Client Champion:
Jason was assisting a client who needed a loaner vehicle but was unable to make it to the dealership because she worked the night shift in an emergency room. Recognizing the challenge, Jason took the initiative to get management approval to deliver the loaner directly to her at the hospital after his workday.
Jason went out of his way to make sure the client received the vehicle when she needed it, even arranging an Uber home after the delivery and another Uber to return to work the following day.
His willingness to make the extra effort demonstrated genuine care for the client and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Jason recognized that sometimes taking care of a client means going beyond the traditional expectations of the role to find a solution that works for them.
Through his actions, Jason exemplified what it means to be a Client Champion and demonstrated the Jim Ellis Promise by putting the client’s needs first.
Congratulations, Jason, on being named the October 2026 Jim Ellis Client Champion. Thank you for your dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients.
