Jim Ellis Automotive Group is proud to announce the opening of its newest Mercedes-Benz Service Center in McDonough, expanding convenient access to expert Mercedes-Benz service for clients throughout Henry County and surrounding communities.
Located at 2035 Avalon Parkway in McDonough, Georgia, the facility is the second stand-alone Mercedes-Benz Service Center operated by Jim Ellis Automotive Group and serves as an extension of Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South in Union City.
The McDonough Service Center features 20 state-of-the-art service bays and is dedicated exclusively to Mercedes-Benz maintenance and repair. Our specialized experts service vehicles with state-of-the-art equipment and genuine OEM parts. Services include:
- Routine maintenance
- Oil service
- Tires, brakes and batteries
- Advanced diagnostics
- Repairs
- Recalls and warranty service

The center was designed with client convenience in mind. Same-day courtesy loaner vehicles will be available based on staffing and availability, along with vehicle pick-up and delivery, rideshare services and airport parking with an appointment.

The McDonough Service Center joins the Mercedes-Benz Newnan Service Center, which opened in 2025 as an extension of Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South. Together, the two locations expand Mercedes-Benz service access across the region.
